How It Works

Introduction

“Present three categories: Start: What should we start doing? Stop: What didn’t work and should be stopped? Continue: What worked well and should be continued?”

Execution

“Each participant writes one or more ideas per category. Then post or share them with the group. For remote groups, use a collaborative board or survey.”

Debrief/Reflection

Review themes together, acknowledge valuable insights, and thank everyone for their input.

Tips & Variations

  • Works well both anonymously and openly.
  • You can adjust categories to suit your context, e.g., “More of / Less of / Keep as is.”
  • Summarize and share the feedback afterward to show appreciation and follow-through.
