How It Works
Introduction
Ask everyone to choose an object from their surroundings that says something about them (or give them a card or image to choose from).
Execution
Each person introduces themselves by showing the object and explaining what it says about them (name, role, and personal connection to the item).
Debrief/Reflection
Reflect on the creativity and depth of sharing. This method often reveals personal insights or surprising details.
Tips & Variations
- Great for remote settings — participants can use objects from their homes.
- You can give a theme: “Pick something that represents how you work” or “an item that brings you joy.”
- Keep it light and non-pressuring.
