How It Works
Introduction
Each person will receive structured feedback from several others, often written or in rotating conversations.
Execution
“Option 1: Participants rotate in pairs and give each other short feedback based on prompts like: ""Something I appreciated about you was…"" ""Something I’d like to see more of is…"" Option 2: Everyone has a sheet with their name on it passed around, and others anonymously write feedback.”
Debrief/Reflection
Give time for each participant to read their feedback. Optionally, share how it felt or what stood out.
